How Many Days Have I Been Alive?
Enter your date of birth above and the calculator counts every day from the day you were born to today, including every leap day along the way. It also converts your age into weeks, months, hours, minutes and seconds. The seconds keep ticking while the page is open. Add your birth time if you know it for a more precise hour, minute and second count.
How to Calculate Your Age in Days
A rough estimate is your age in years multiplied by 365, plus one extra day for every leap year you have lived through. Someone who is exactly 30 years old has lived 30 × 365 = 10,950 days, plus 7 or 8 leap days, so about 10,957 to 10,958 days. The calculator does the exact count for you, so you do not have to work out which February 29ths you have seen.
Fun Age Milestones to Celebrate

The 10,000 day birthday has become a popular alternative celebration, and the billion-second birthday is a favorite with math fans. The calculator lists the exact dates of your next milestones, so you can put them in your calendar.
