What is a circular timer?

A circular timer shows the time left as a coloured disc that shrinks around a circle, so you can see how much time remains at a glance — no need to read the numbers. It is the classic clock-style visual countdown: the disc sweeps away like a clock hand until it reaches zero. Great for classrooms, focus sessions, presentations, and kids who find a shrinking circle far easier to follow than digits.

How to use it

  1. Pick a preset or type a custom time (minutes, or m:ss).
  2. Press Start — the disc begins shrinking clockwise from the top.
  3. Press ⛶ Fullscreen to fill the whole screen for a room or projector.
  4. Use Set background to choose a colour or upload your own photo, which is revealed as the disc drains.
  5. An alarm sounds when the time is up.
