About the Galaxy Timer
The galaxy timer is a calming, space-themed countdown. A slow spiral of stars drifts across a deep-space sky, and as the timer runs more and more stars twinkle into view, filling the galaxy until the whole sky is glittering exactly when time reaches zero. The growing field of stars gives you an at-a-glance sense of how much time is left while you focus, relax, or drift off.
How the Galaxy Timer Works
Pick a length, press Start, and the starfield begins to fill. The number of stars grows in proportion to the time elapsed — half-full at the halfway point, a full galaxy by the end — while the whole field rotates gently. A soft chime plays and a message appears when the galaxy is complete. Press Reset any time to clear the sky and begin again.
