How to Use
- Choose a preset - Select Boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, or HIIT, or customize your own settings
- Set rounds - Choose how many rounds you want to train
- Set round duration - Standard boxing rounds are 3 minutes
- Set rest period - Typically 1 minute between rounds
- Press Start - The timer will bell at the start and end of each round
Preset Configurations

- MMA - 5 minute rounds with 1 minute rest (UFC standard)
